Dear Friends,

I’m thrilled to invite you to a very special performance, happening in less than five weeks! This time, I’ll be taking the stage at the beautiful Pianino Theater, and I would absolutely love for you to be there.

If you’ve missed any of my previous shows, this is the one to see! It’s the biggest concert I’ve done yet, featuring more than 20 original songs across two sets, with a lovely intermission for drinks and good company.

✨ Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025
✨ Time: 8:30 PM
✨ Location: Pianino Theater, Jupiterkade 2

The Pianino Theater is a true hidden gem, lovingly run by Naomi and her brother Daan. Their passion for their space makes every performance feel intimate and magical, and I can’t wait to share this evening with you there.

I’ll also be joined by some incredibly talented musicians:

🎸 Casper van Kempen on guitar
🎶 Aimée van Delden on harp
🎻 Annemarijne Verschuijl on cello
🎹 And, of course, the unmissable Travis Frank on select piano pieces

This venue holds just 60 seats, making it the largest show I’ve done in this series. It would mean the world to see it filled with friends, familiar faces, and music lovers. So bring someone special, spread the word, and let’s make it an unforgettable night together!

I can’t wait to see you there.

With love,

Leonoor

ABOUT

Bandstand playbill_edited.jpg

Leonoor Rinke de Wit has been playing piano since childhood and began writing music in her teenage years. She formed her first band, where they played a combination of Indie, Pop, and Rock – all original material. After finishing high school, she was accepted into the prestigious Berklee College of Music on a scholarship (class of 2018).

During her time at Berklee, Leonoor further developed her musical skills and refined her own unique style. Her music is often compared to that of Disney composers like Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, but it is also influenced by alternative artists such as Kate Bush and Regina Spektor. She graduated summa cum laude in music arranging, orchestration, and production (CWP), with a minor in musical theatre writing. Studying at Berklee gave her the opportunity to collaborate with international artists and composers, expanding her musical horizons. Working with such a diverse range of musicians deepened her understanding of various genres and styles, making her own music rich and versatile.

After graduating, Leonoor moved to New York, where she worked in the theater industry. She was part of the music team for various theater productions and earned her first two Broadway credits as a music editor for Bandstand and King Kong. Working on King Kong taught her the importance of collaboration under high pressure, as the mantra in theater is always: "the show must go on". This experience not only shaped her musically but also strengthened her ability to perform under pressure and find creative solutions in challenging environments.

In 2020, Leonoor founded Breakout Chronicles, an ambitious project in which she challenged herself to write, record, and release a new song every week. Between 2020 and 2021, she wrote a total of 48 songs with her songwriting team, all of which are available on Spotify. This project allowed her to experiment with different styles and production techniques, further shaping her as a songwriter and artist.

In 2022, Leonoor moved back to Europe, where she now focuses on her solo career. She performs her own repertoire, blending a variety of musical styles. Additionally, she collaborates with other artists as a co-writer and produces new music. With her rich background and broad musical experience, Leonoor continues to evolve and explore new creative paths.
